The PhD Program Regenerative Sciences is part of Hannover Biomedical Research School (HBRS). Therefore, the rules governing HBRS also apply to the PhD Program Regenerative Sciences.
Rules and Regulations DE
The PhD Program Committee is responsible for organizational decisions regarding the PhD program ‘Regenerative Sciences’. These decisions include e.g. the selection of new students, approval of the co-supervisors, organisation of the intermediate and final exam. The committee members represent the different institutions that belong to REBIRTH as well as each year of students. Chair of the committee is Professor Ulrich Martin, vice-chair is Professor Ina Gruh.

Application
The online application platform is jointly used by the three annual international PhD Programs of Hannover Biomedical Research School (HBRS): Molecular Medicine, Infection Biology, and Regenerative Sciences. You will be asked for your preferred 1st and 2nd choice.
Finance
About half of the students accepted into the program receive a stipend paid for by the program; the other half is paid by the respective research group. Thus, all students accepted into the program receive approximately € 1500 per month.
